Former Neighbours co-star Guy Pearce and Offspring actress Asher Keddie joined the singing budgie on the Gold Coast last week to film scenes for their upcoming movie Flammable Children.
In a potentially awkward casting decision, Kylie’s sister Dannii’s ex-husband Julian McMahon is also a key cast member.
The actor and model was married to her younger sibling in 1994, but the pair quickly parted ways after two years together.
While very little is known about the comedy, we’re told it’s set in Sydney’s beach suburb of Dee Why in 1975, and revolves around two teenagers who experience an extraordinary life-changing event.
One thing’s for sure – the cast are having a blast as they channel their inner ’70s style icons and embrace their new looks!
