At just 18 years of age, Kylie Jenner has built a lucrative business selling lipsticks to fans who long for the star’s plumped pout.
But since its launch earlier this year, Kylie Cosmetics has had more bad press than most businesses receive in their lifetime.
The latest bump in the road for the company comes from an official ‘F’ rating, which was given out by the Better Business Bureau.
Kylie’s Lip Kits sell out like hotcakes!
The failed grade comes after the 133 customer complaints received by the company so far, as well as its failure to “resolve underlying causes of a pattern of complaints.”
The company was launched after last year’s huge success of Kylie’s Lip Kits, which sold out within minutes of their release every time.

Customers’ complaints have ranged from not receiving their product due to mailbox theft, to receiving different items to those they’ve ordered, and in some cases, the orders have arrived with nothing but an empty box.
However, the controversy hasn’t seemed to stop fans and celebrities wanting to get their hands on Kylie’s Lip Kits.
