Kim Kardashian was a no-show at the Angel Ball in New York City on Monday, November 21.
The reality star, who has been laying low since her horrifying Paris robbery on October 3, skipped her return to the red carpet but her mother, Kris Jenner, and sisters Khloe and Kourney Kardashian attended the event, which paid tribute to the late Rob Kardashian.
Just hours before, Kim’s husband Kanye West was hospilatlised for reported exhaustion.

In light of Kanye’s breakdown, Kim was forced to skip her first event since the Paris robbery.
And now, more details have emerged from Kanye’s breakdown, with TMZ reporting the 39-year-old had to be handcuffed to a gurney and taken to the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center in LA.
The website claims Kanye’s doctor Dr. Michael Farzam made the call and told triple zero, “Jim Jones, 39 years old, 5’8″, 175 lbs. Suffers from temporary psychosis due to sleep deprivation and dehydration.”
It also claims the rapper was violent and had “attempted to assault a staff member at the gym” where he was working out.
Insiders tells The Daily Mail that in the lead up to this latest development, Kim and Kanye have been “bickering constantly” and Kim felt abandoned by her husband as he continued on with his Saint Pablo tour despite her near-death experience in Paris.
Kanye and Kim’s good pal John Legend has expressed his concerns for the star, telling CBS he is worried for Kanye.
“[Chrissy Teigen and I] were with Kim actually, you know, right before all of that. I was concerned by what I saw, so hopefully he’s getting some rest and some time to figure things out,” John said.
Meanwhile, a new report from Life & Style Weekly alleges Kim has taken up residence at mum Kris Jenner’s Hidden Hills mansion with her two children while Kanye was on tour.
The publication claims the 36-year-old feels much safer living within Kris’ gated community and it’s a better environment to recover from the trauma of the gun-point robbery as opposed to her Bel-Air mansion she owns with Kanye.
But momager Kris is apparently not happy about it and has apparently taken refuge in her condo that she purchased when Kim and Kanye first moved in with her.
Kourtney, Khloe and Kris all attended the charity gala in NYC sans Kim.
“Kris has hit her limit when it comes to sharing her home with Kim and her entourage,” an insider claimed.
The trauma of Kim’s Paris robbery coupled with Kanye’s grueling tour schedule has reportedly put immense strain on the couple’s marriage.
“Kim has had a very rough time since the robbery. It hasn’t helped that Kanye has been touring. Their lives have been quite chaotic. It’s been very trying for them both and not a good recipe for a happy marriage,” an insider explained to People.
Following a string of rants and cancelled concerts over the weekend, Kanye announced the cancellation of the remainder of his Saint Pablo tour.
