Khloe Kardashian slams Donald Trump’s ‘fat piglet’ comments

It's not cool or appropriate for any person, male or female, to judge someone else by their looks.

Khloe Kardashian has once again said she doesn’t think Donald Trump should be running America after she was asked about the time the Republican candidate reportedly called her a “fat piglet.”

The 32-year-old reality star was sitting down with the Los Angeles Times this week when her 2009 appearance on Trump’s Celebrity Apprentice was brought up – as well as the cruel taunts the wannabe president allegedly threw her way.

According to a report in The Huffington Post last week, sources close to the production of the show said Trump used phrases like “fat piglet” and “the ugly Kardashian” to describe Khloe.

“I didn’t think he was saying those things about me,” Kardashian told the Los Angeles Times. “But he says those comments about a lot of women — really derogatory things. Someone who is that simplistic to judge things off of surface is not someone I want running my country.”

Donald Trump has been called a misogynist by many of his critics who say the GOP candidate often taunts women about their looks.

While promoting her new denim line, Good American in West Hollywood the star, who has in the past been an outspoken Hillary Clinton supporter, said the superficial nature of Donald Trump was not presidential material.

“It’s not cool or appropriate for any person, male or female, to judge someone else by their looks,” Khloe said.

“I find it really cruel. It’s wild,” she continued.

Now: Khloe is often praised for her physique by fans and shows off her gruelling daily workouts on her social media.

Khloe has made no secret about how much she did not enjoy her time on The Celebrity Apprentice. Earlier this year she told talk show host Chelsea Handler that going on the show was not her decision.

“My mum made me do it,” she confessed on Handler’s Netflix show, Chelsea. “I hated every minute of it.”

But Khloe, who wrote motivational book Strong Looks Better Naked, has been the subject of criticism for much of her famous life so she says she’s used to the occasional bit of backlash.

“I’m a tough cookie, so something that he said — that’s not gonna bother me,” Khloe told the LA Times.

She added that her strong nature is what might make her the target for bullies, but she also offered a silver lining to getting picked on in public.

“If that’s what it takes to get even just this little group of people to realise how shady and bad and negative that one person is, I can take it.”

While doing the media circuit for her denim line the youngest Kardashian sister offered an update on older sis Kim following her traumatic Paris robbery.

Two weeks after Kim was burgled at gunpoint Khloe told E! that her sister’s low profile at the moment was all about protecting her own young family.

“It’s more just being more aware and just really respecting Kim’s privacy and letting her heal and do what’s best for her and her family,” said Khloe.

Kim arrived back in the New York hours after the terrifying ordeal.

In the days after the robbery a usually glam Kim opted for a white hoodie over a cap that covered her face, jeans and casual sneakers.

The five masked men who reportedly robbed $11 million worth of jewels and money from Kim are still on the run.
