A man accused by Kendall Jenner of stalking her has been acquitted of the charge by a jury.
But the jury comprising seven women and five men, decided to convict Shavaughn McKenzie of trespassing at her Hollywood Hills home.
The trial lasted seven days and even saw the model herself take the stand to give evidence and tell of her terror at discovering the man at her home.
With the recent horrifying security breach endured by Kim Kardashian during her Paris robbery, this verdict is sure to put the Kardashian/Jenner clan on high alert.
No doubt the 20-year-old would be worried by this verdict, as Shavaughn being convicted of the lesser of the two charges is reportedly likely to result in only a probational sentence.
Prosecution reports have said the man tracked Kendall’s movements for 15 months before being arrested outside her home.
However the defense argued the man was mentally ill and posed no risk to the reality TV star, as he only wanted to speak to her.
“I’ve never been so scared in my life,” Kendall confessed in her testimony during the case.
She claimed she came home to find the man sitting at her home, his head in his lap.
“I wouldn’t expect someone to be sitting on the side of the street. I definitely thought it was weird…It didn’t make sense.”
She told the man to leave her property but then recalled seeing him on two other occasions both at her former home.
“I was crying, I was screaming, I was freaking out. I didn’t know what his intentions were. I was freaking out. I was frightened for sure,”

“I never got out of my car. I was terrified. I was literally traumatized. I started honking at him and I just wanted to make sure I saw wherever he went. He got out of the gate and I drove down the hill.”
Jenner concluded, “This is not how I want to be living. I really don’t feel safe in my own house.
“I’m already the kind of person who’s on edge.”
Kendall was reportedly granted a lifetime restraining order from Shavaughn.
