Surprise! Kelly Osbourne has been secretly engaged to her boyfriend Matthew Mosshart for more than a month.
The pair, who became engaged a few weeks before Christmas, have kept their news quiet and out of the public eye US Weekly reports.
“Kelly is the happiest she’s ever been,” a friend told the magazine.
“Her career is going well, and she’s in a healthy relationship with a wonderful guy.”
The 28-year-old Fashion Police co-host has been dating her 29-year-old vegan celebrity chef boyfriend for 18 months, after they met at Kate Moss’s wedding back in July 2011.
And right from the start of their relationship, Kelly was head over heels.
“I couldn’t believe that he truly liked me because I never think people ever could,” she told UK magazine Fabulous in October.
“But I’m so happy. I don’t think I’ve ever really known what love is like before.”
The source said Kelly’s family, including parents Sharon and Ozzy and her siblings Jack and Aimee, are equally as excited about the pair’s upcoming nuptials, which are set to take place in the UK during the summer.
