“I speak with a lot of conviction, I can back myself and I just feel like a lot of people see that as a narcissistic trait,” she said.

“I actually get a lot of people saying to me that I’m completely different on social media than the way that I’m perceived on TV.

“I feel like on social media, although everything is controlled and filtered, I do get to express myself the way that I truly am and it does relay.”

When asked if she thinks she has any personality traits of a narcissist, Keira – who boasts 147,000 Instagram followers – candidly responded: “Of course I do”.

“You need to have some sort of narcissistic traits, you need to have an ego to be in this industry.”

She added: “You actually need an ego to survive in today’s day and age. I don’t think that I have a narcissistic disorder but I definitely feel like I have traits of it, definitely.”

Last year, Keira opened up about going under the knife to enhance her looks when admitting to getting breast implants and having a nose job.

“I think, although people can look at me like [I’m superficial], these changes make me happy and they make me feel like me. It’s not all about looks, but if you can enhance something or improve something, I’m all about it,” she told NW.

“That’s it for now. I’m done when it comes to that. My nose and breasts were the two things I’ve wanted to have done for 10 years. And what made me want to get them done was being in the spotlight- you focus more on those things [you want to change].”

Keira starred on The Bachelor in 2016 and on two seasons of Bachelor in Paradise.
