TMZ reports that the 54-year-old has signed a deal to join the panel along with the Joan’s daughter Melissa Rivers.
According to the celebrity site, Kathy will appear with co-hosts Giuliana Rancic and Kelly Osbourne on the show, which is set to air only during awards season. It is not known whether co-host George Kotsiopoulos will continue on the program.
Earlier this month, Griffin told Access Hollywood that she was offered a job on the show, but wasn’t sure whether she would accept.
“I don’t know if the situation is correct at this time for me or right for me at this time,” she said.
The legendary Joan died in September following complications during a throat procedure in New York.
