Yep, thereโ€™s really nothing the showbiz icon canโ€™t do โ€“ from acting, presenting and writing โ€“ the former Home And Away star is the ultimate triple threat.

Over the weekend, Kate Ritchie delighted fans when she revealed sheโ€™s set to release her very own cook book!

Moving away from childrenโ€™s fiction, Kate plans to unveil all her cooking secrets in an upcoming tome.

Taking to Instagram to document her top-secret (and utterly mouth-watering) brownie recipe, the 42-year-old explained fans would have to sit tight until her cook book was released to find out how to recreate her delicious dessert.

โ€œSeriously.. The best homemade brownie ever.. And not revealing the recipe until the book.. ๐Ÿซ๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ‘ฉ๐Ÿผโ€๐Ÿณ #rainysunday #bestbrownieever #secretingredient,โ€ Kate teased.

Is there anything she canโ€™t do? The radio star has previously penned two childrenโ€™s books and is now setting her sights on a cook book.

Elated fans were quick to ask Kate when her book was due to be released, to which the former Home And Away favourite said: โ€œStay tuned โค๏ธ.โ€

โ€œIโ€™m available to pop over to try one to provide a testimonial ๐Ÿ˜,โ€ one fan joked.

โ€œUmm book?? When I must get this,โ€ another quipped.

A third exclaimed: โ€œCanโ€™t wait ๐Ÿ“š ๐Ÿ“š๐Ÿ“š๐Ÿ“š.โ€

The NOVA radio starโ€™s love of baking sweet treats has been well documented over the years with Kate turning to The Australian Womenโ€™s Weekly iconic birthday cakes for her daughter Mae Webb, six.

โ€œOf the six birthday cakes I have baked for my daughter three have come straight from the Australian Womenโ€™s Weekly Childrenโ€™s Birthday Cake Book,โ€ the mother-of-one told the Australian Womenโ€™s Weekly last year.

โ€œAnd the other three have certainly been inspired by it,โ€ she added.

โ€œIโ€™ve done the Number One covered in chocolate drops, the Coconut covered Bunny Rabbit for birthday number two and the Barbie princess cake for number three.โ€

For Kate, baking with her daughter is the ultimate act in bondingโ€ฆ with a little extra incentive at the end.

โ€œIt is just good fun with a lovely sense of achievement attached when we can stand back and marvel at our creations,โ€ she said, before adding: โ€œI canโ€™t deny the fact that scoring the bowl and the spatula serves as excellent encouragement to get involved too!โ€

The actress has previously penned two childrenโ€™s books โ€“ I Just Couldnโ€™t Wait to Meet You and Itโ€™s Not Scribble To Me.
