Yep, thereโs really nothing the showbiz icon canโt do โ from acting, presenting and writing โ the former Home And Away star is the ultimate triple threat.
Over the weekend, Kate Ritchie delighted fans when she revealed sheโs set to release her very own cook book!
Moving away from childrenโs fiction, Kate plans to unveil all her cooking secrets in an upcoming tome.
Taking to Instagram to document her top-secret (and utterly mouth-watering) brownie recipe, the 42-year-old explained fans would have to sit tight until her cook book was released to find out how to recreate her delicious dessert.
โSeriously.. The best homemade brownie ever.. And not revealing the recipe until the book.. ๐ซ๐๐ฉ๐ผโ๐ณ #rainysunday #bestbrownieever #secretingredient,โ Kate teased.

Is there anything she canโt do? The radio star has previously penned two childrenโs books and is now setting her sights on a cook book.

The NOVA radio starโs love of baking sweet treats has been well documented over the years with Kate turning to The Australian Womenโs Weekly iconic birthday cakes for her daughter Mae Webb, six.
โOf the six birthday cakes I have baked for my daughter three have come straight from the Australian Womenโs Weekly Childrenโs Birthday Cake Book,โ the mother-of-one told the Australian Womenโs Weekly last year.
โAnd the other three have certainly been inspired by it,โ she added.
โIโve done the Number One covered in chocolate drops, the Coconut covered Bunny Rabbit for birthday number two and the Barbie princess cake for number three.โ
For Kate, baking with her daughter is the ultimate act in bondingโฆ with a little extra incentive at the end.
โIt is just good fun with a lovely sense of achievement attached when we can stand back and marvel at our creations,โ she said, before adding: โI canโt deny the fact that scoring the bowl and the spatula serves as excellent encouragement to get involved too!โ
The actress has previously penned two childrenโs books โ I Just Couldnโt Wait to Meet You and Itโs Not Scribble To Me.
