Taking a break from shooting their upcoming film Mother’s Day, Kate convinced Jen to take a cheeky selfie for a very important reason.
The Goldie Hawn’s daughter had a hidden agenda behind this seemingly harmless selfie, and it’s a cause we can certainly get behind. Using her social media platform prowess, Kate has begun a partition to get her gal pal, Jen to join Instagram.
The 36-year-old captioned to sweet snap, “Day 1: Who’s that gorgeous lady peekin over my shoulder #SuchFun #GirlsAtWork #MothersDayMovie #LetsConvinceJenToGetOnInstagram”
The Almost Famous actress has well over two million followers and despite all of them desperate to get the former Friends star on social media, we have our doubts.
In May the newlywed tried her hand at Instagram for company, Living Proof’s page, however it proved way too stressful for the brunette beauty.
“I was so stressed out, sweating bullets, it was too much pressure. For these Kardashians, it’s a career,” she revealed to People.
The 46-year-old has also spoken out about her dislike for social media in the past to the mag, by explaining, “I was with friends of ours from Vermont and their two kids don’t have an iPhone or an iPad.”
She added: “They were 9 and 12 and were the most interesting young adults. Seeing other kids on their [phones] all the time, it makes me sad.”
However if the star does decide to join up she’ll be learning from the best as she revealed to People in June, that she is an avid fan of the Kardashians, “I sadly am very much interested in the Kardashian-Jenner thing, that’s a guilty pleasure for sure.”
Just in case you do decide to sign up for Instagram Jen, we suggest sharing a pic of your wedding dress… oh, and make sure to follow us, @womansdayaus.
