In a sworn statement revealed by TMZ Karrueche says Chris “told a few people that he was going to kill me.”

She also says Chris vowed to “take me out,” and “threatened to shoot me,” telling friends that if he couldn’t have the 28-year-old model, nobody could.

Chris Brown’s ex-girlfriend Karrueche Tran says he assaulted her.

Karrueche claims Chris also ‘punched me in my stomach twice’ and ‘pushed me down the stairs,’ a few years ago, while he was still on probation for assaulting his ex-girlfriend Rihanna.

She also says Chris threatened to harm her friends, and threw a drink at one of them during a recent incident.

Chris has a long criminal history.

Chris has now reportedly been ordered to stay 91m away from Karrueche, her mother and brother according to Radar Online.

It’s not the first time the 27-year-old singer has been accused of violence.

Last year, model Liziane Gutierrez also claimed that she was punched by Chris in the face at a Las Vegas party, although charges were never laid for the alleged assault.

Following Karrueche’s filing, Chris looked worse for wear as he posted a rambling video on Instagram– revealing that he would be pulling out of a planned boxing match with rapper Soulja Boy.

“Make sure y’all don’t be listening to all this bull—-,” he said, although it’s unclear whether he was referring to Karrueche’s accusations, the boxing match, or both.
