Kaley Cuoco has admitted that having plastic surgery was the best thing she’s ever done.

The star made the confession about going under the knife in an interview with Women’s Health magazine.

Kaley now loves how she looks.

The Big Bang Theory actress says she’s all about loving who you are on the inside, but knows the outside is important too.

“As much as you want to love your inner self… I’m sorry, you also want to look good,” the 30-year-old said.

And when it comes to going under the knife, Kayley isn’t shy about detailing the procedures she’s had done.

Before and after Kaley went under the knife.

“Years ago, I had my nose done,” she reveals. “And my boobs, best thing I ever did.”

The actress famous for her role as Penny in Big Bang Theory, continued: “Recently I had a filler in a line in my neck I’ve had since I was 12.”

“I don’t think you should do if for a many or anyone else, but if it makes you feel confident, that’s amazing.”

She also opened up on her secrets to keeping her body in tip top shape.

“I tried spinning, I tried running, I tried yoga, I tried Pilates. I realised I don’t like running, I refuse to do it,” she said.

“I like spinning, so I try to mix that in.”

But there was one exercise that really spoke to her.

“When I found hot yoga, I fell in love with it and was like, ‘This is my thing.'”

Kaley, pictured with new boyfriend Karl Cook, is happy with who she is.

She says the best thing about the exercise is that she can let out an emotional release.

The humid environment is very conducive to just letting all her emotions out there.

“I’ve cried numerous times in yoga, but the best part is I’m sweating so no one can tell.”
