Cam Merchant has taken to Instagram to pay tribute to his wife, Jules Robinson after an “emotional last week.”
The post, which included snaps of Jules, Cam and their son, Oliver also detailed the family’s tradition of a gratitude jar.
“It’s the small moments that mean the most,” wrote Cam.
“Laughter, love, messiness.. & grateful for them all.”
“After an indifferent emotional last week, which we all got through, [it] was so important to be with what & who is most important & appreciate the things that bring you the most joy… These 2.”
“Thank you @julesrobinson82 for being my rock & re-creating our family tradition. Our Gratitude Jar,” he continued.
“I love this. At the end of the year, we open it up & express what we were grateful for over the year. The day always starts with & ends with… What are you grateful for?”
Fans loved the idea of the gratitude jar, flooding the comments with messages of support for the new family tradition.
“I would love to bring this into mine and my kid’s daily routine,” replied one fan. Whilst another added, “I have the same jar in my classroom for my students – positive affirmations are so important [in] this day and age.”
The tribute comes after earlier this month fashion icon Jules chose to embark on a career path without her husband Cameron Merchant.
In an announcement shared to Instagram, Jules revealed she had split from the management company she was under with her husband, THE.mgmt, and has joined TSA Talent who work with “high profile talent” across Australia including Sarah Harris, Anthony Callea and Erin Molan.
