An adult film star is currently in the process of suing disgraced 19 Kids and Counting star Josh Duggar for assault amidst claims he ‘manhandled’ her during sex.
Danica Dillon, real name Ashley Stamm-Northup, filed a lawsuit against Duggar earlier this year claiming that, after agreeing to sex, Duggar treated her in such a way that it ‘felt as if she were being raped’.
Dillon is asking for $500,000 for assault and battery charges.
In the lawsuit, which was obtained by magazine InTouch, Dillon alleges that Duggar ‘approached’ her after meeting her at a Philadelphia strip club where she was working.
After paying more than $600 for lap dances, Duggar than joined her at her hotel where he paid her $1,500 for her company. The lawsuit then reiterates that Dillon and Duggar then had consensual sex.
However, during the act, the lawsuit claims that Duggar ‘manhandled Plaintiff and physically assaulted her to the point of causing her physical and emotional injuries’.
After the incident, the two reconnected a month later when Duggar sought to ‘apologize for the tortuous behavior he inflicted’. The two agreed to consensual sex again, but Duggar again ‘engaged in identical tortuous conduct’.
Dillon ‘is currently being treated for severe anxiety similar to post-traumatic stress disorder by a psychiatrist’.
Earlier this year Duggar was involved in a much-publicised scandal when he confessed to molesting five underage girls as a teenager, three of whom were his sisters.
Following the molestation scandal, and Duggar’s admittance that he paid to cheat on his wife, Duggar checked himself into a rehab facility to treat his sex and pornography addiction.
Josh, 27, shares four children with his wife, Anna.
