Johnny Ruffo and his girlfriend Tahnee Sims have enjoyed a day at Warner Bros. Movie World theme park on the Gold Coast.
The Home and Away star took to Instagram to share an image of his and Tahnee’s wide grin in front of the Superman Escape ride.
The pair took a snap in front of the Superman rollercoaster.

Johnny and Tahnee’s love story captured everyone’s hearts, from the moment Johnny debuted their relationship in 2015.
He has received a lot of love and support from fans.
(Image: Instagram)“I was preparing for an upcoming tour and using the studio for rehearsals and back-up dancer auditions. While passing through the waiting area, I saw a woman I recognised from Instagram,” he wrote in an exclusive extract to Woman’s Day.
“So I did what any sane 26-year-old would do. I slid into her DMs [direct messages]. We chatted a bit back and forth, but nothing too deep. When I saw her in person, it was so unexpected that I didn’t really know how to approach her.”
Although Johnny never worked up the courage to meet her, luckily someone else did it for him when a friend organised the pair to hang out or a “schoolyard date set-up” as Johnny would describe it.
There is no doubt Johnny found his soulmate, but sadly he was diagnosed with a brain cancer in 2017 and again in 2020. But his cancer returning didn’t slow him down, as he wrote: “I will dig deep and beat this sh-t disease again #f-ckcancer.”
Their adventure to the theme park was well-deserved, after Johnny recently shared pictures of his treatment journey with Tahnee by his side.
“Exactly 5 years to the day since my diagnosis,” he wrote.”Still fighting this son of a b-tch #f–kcancer. Thanks for all the support!”
Meanwhile Tahnee shared her own collection of pictures to mark the day: “Five years on 💜 In awe of you every single day.
“Still a huge battle ahead but a major milestone reached that was at times uncertain. Grateful for you always @johnny_ruffo.”
