โIโm a lucky guy,โ said the Pirates of the Caribbean actor as he gushed over Amber.
The pair married in February after a private romance that began after they met on the set of 2011โs The Rum Diary.
When asked by E! News to pick what he loves most about his new bride, the 52-year-old actor said he couldnโt because she has โfar too many amazing qualitiesโ.
โWe connect on a lot of levels,โ Johnny told the reporter at the LA premiere of Amberโs new film The Danish Girl, mentioning that โthe first things that really got me was sheโs an aficionado of the blues.โ
โI would play a song, some old obscure blues song, and she knew what it was,โ he raved.

Johnny shared that Amber has worked โvery hardโ on her new film The Danish Girl, saying that he was โvery proudโ of her.
But that wasnโt all the actor had to say about his wife. โSheโs very, very literate. Sheโs a voracious reader as I have been so we connected on that level as well. And sheโs kind of brilliant,โ he gushed, smiling as he finished the thought with โIโm a very lucky man.โ
When asked about his wifeโs new film, Johnny said that he was โvery proudโ of her and that โit looks like where she belongs.โ
โSheโs worked very hard,โ he shared.
The film is set in the 1920s and tells the story of artist Lili Elbeโs gender reassignment surgery, one of the first of such surgeries to occur.
โI always felt like I was supposed to be in a different time, you know, and I kind of felt that way about her the first time I saw her. So it looks right and it looks perfect to me,โ Johnny concluded.
