Joe Jackson, patriarch of the Jackson family, was laid to rest in peace at a private funeral on Monday, but reports say that his children and grandchildren were anything but peaceful.

Reports say Joe’s daughter, Janet Jackson and her niece, Paris, daughter of the late Michael Jackson, snubbed each other at the service.

Speaking to RadarOnline, a source revealed, “Paris was almost unnoticeable at the funeral, and chose to stay away from her father’s siblings. She was definitely frosty.”

Like many of her siblings, Janet and her father had a notoriously difficult relationship and a separate Jackson family insider told RadarOnline that Paris is furious her aunt didn’t spend time with Joe in his last few days.

“Paris thinks Janet is acting fake.”

As the driving force behind the Jackson 5 and, as a result, the massively successful solo careers of her father Michael, Paris holds her grandfather in high regard.

“Paris believes her grandpa is a legend and should be treated as such.”

Janet supported Paris at Michael Jackson’s funeral in 2009 (pictured with with LaToya Jackson, Jermaine Jackson and Prince Michael I).

But that wasn’t the only feud going on at the funeral. Joe’s daughter LaToya butted heads with her nephew, Taj, the son of Tito Jackson.

“Taj is very protective of his grandpa, and he feels that it was disrespectful for her to attend,” the insider told RadarOnline.

In her 1991 memoir, LaToya Jackson accused her father Joe of sexual abuse.

She wrote, “When your father gets out of bed with your mother and gets into bed with his daughter and you hear the mother saying, ‘No, Joe, not tonight. Let her rest. Leave her alone, she’s tired’, that makes you crazy.”

Taj Jackson, confirmed his grandfather’s death on Twitter and asked for privacy.
