Jessica Mauboy and Themeli Magriplis are wheely in love!
When she’s not busy recording, Jess loves spending time with her family and her partner of eight years Themeli Magriplis.
The Secret Daughter star, 27, hit the water on aqua bikes with Themeli, her sister Jenny and a friend, who were visiting from Darwin.
“I hardly get to see them,” Jess says. “I’m constantly on the road so when I do see them I make the most of it.”
Earlier in October Jess and Themeli celebrated an exciting milestone as they moved in together! Themeli, who is the singer’s highschool sweetheart, fianlly made the big move from Darwin to Sydney so he could live with Jess.
And Jess says she still can’t quite believe it!
“I was actually cooking up some mince trying to make San Choy Bau the other night and I stopped cooking and looked over to the couch and looked at him watching TV and I just thought, ‘oh my gosh.’ I got butterflies like seeing that person you love for the first time, it was like that feeling,” she recently told The Daily Telegraph.
“It was a little girl moment. It was like, ‘oh my gosh, you are actually here and you are not leaving tomorrow or the next day or the next day’ and we are making this work. So I got a little bit emotional.”

The adventurous duo hired an oversized pedalo at a national park in Sydney.
They were joined by Jess’ sister Jenny and another pal.

Themeli has relocated from Darwin to Sydney to live with Jess.
And the 27-year-old is still pinching herself over it.
“It was a little girl moment. It was like, ‘oh my gosh, you are actually here and you are not leaving tomorrow or the next day or the next day’ and we are making this work. So I got a little bit emotional,” The Secret Daughter actress explained.
Indeed, with her busy schedule finding time to hand out with her loved ones proves difficult. “I hardly get to see them. I’m constantly on the road so when I do see them I make the most of it.”
