Rumoured to be expecting, Jen resigns herself to a less-than-ideal relationship for her child’s sake.
Jennifer Aniston has recommitted herself to her problem-riddled relationship with rocker John Mayer, after reportedly discovering she is pregnant to the playboy.
While Jen, 39, has long held a desire to start a family, friends say she was unhappy at the prospect of being a single mother, and decided it was better to be in a relationship that “needs some work”, rather than raise her baby alone.
The reunion has stunned friends, as after the two first split in August, John publicly said their relationship never stood a chance, admitting, “People are different. People have different chemistry.”
But they say Jen is willing to give it another try, and forget how outraged and disgusted she felt after John held an impromptu sidewalk press conference to discuss their failed relationship.
“Jen knew that her relationship with John had not been great, but she didn’t want to be a single mum, and felt forced to go back to him,” a close friend told Woman’s Day…
