Jennifer, 45, said that she was tired of always discussing the baby talk that constantly surrounds her, she and fiancé Justin Theroux, 43, do still want kids and are trying.

“Listen, that’s a topic that’s so exhausted,” Jen explained in a new interview with The Hollywood Reporter.

“I get nervous around that, just because it’s very personal. Who knows if it’s going to happen? It’s been a want. We’re doing our best.”

Jen also revealed for the first time that she has dyslexia and opened up about the struggles that it’s caused.

“The only reason I knew [that I had dyslexia] was because I went to get a prescription for glasses,” Jen revealed

She continued: “I had to wear these Buddy Holly glasses. One had a blue lens and one had a red lens. And I had to read a paragraph, and they gave me a quiz, gave me 10 questions based on what I’d just read, and I think I got three right.”

“Then they put a computer on my eyes, showing where my eyes went when I read. My eyes would jump four words and go back two words, and I also had a little bit of a lazy eye, like a crossed eye, which they always have to correct in photos.”

Jen said the while the discovery that she was dyslexic hurt her self-esteem; it did help explain a lot of her past struggles.

“I thought I wasn’t smart. I just couldn’t retain anything. Now I had this great discovery. I felt like all of my childhood trauma-dies, tragedies, and dramas were explained.”

Jen also took the opportunity once again to address her much-discussed past marriage with Brad Pitt and insisted that their divorce was amicable.

“We’re not in daily communication,” Jen said of Brad. “But we wish nothing but wonderful things for each other. Nobody did anything wrong. You know what I mean? It was just like, sometimes things [happen].”

Jen revealed her frustrations with the constant speculation over her alleged ten year rivalry with Brad’s new wife Angelina Jolie.

“If the world only could just stop with the stupid, soap-opera bullshit. There’s no story. I mean, at this point it’s starting to become — please, give more credit to these human beings.”

Proving that she’s well and truly moved on though, she spoke adoringly of her current beau Justin, and what drew her to him initially.

“It was his humor, mainly” Jen said

“He’s the easiest guy to hang around… It was the first time I remember being so comfortable [with a romantic interest], like with all my gay friends.”

Jen is also enjoying renewed critical acclaim for her dark and emotional role in new movie Cake, which earned her a Golden Globes nomination. Unfortunately though when the nominations for the Academy Awards (aka the big ones) were announced last week, Jen missed out on a mention.

It seems though that rather than letting it get her down, Jen seems to be looking on the bright side.

“I know a lot of people were sorry,” she said in the interview – which came the day after the nominations were announced.

“I feel I’ve gotten such wonderful love — I had almost more phone calls and flowers than I did for any other nomination [in the past].”

Wishing Jen all the best for the rest of the awards season!
