Exes Jessica Marais and James Stewart just adore their five-year-old daughter Scout.
And over the weekend, Home and Away star James made that clear when he posted a new family photo.
In the pic, the proud parents cuddle up to Scout who is nestled in between them.
“Happy little munchkin,” the 41-year-old penned alongside a heart emoji.
Scout, who looked adorable in pigtail plaits and a fluffy cardigan, is the perfect mix of both her mum and dad.
James’ new snap comes as The Wrong Girl star Jess opened up to Stellar magazine about her incredible career, motherhood and co-parenting.
“Luckily we try to manage and it’s not me on my own with her all the time. She has her father and his family, so we just do the best we can,” the 32-year-old told the publication of sharing parenting duties with James.
As for whether she’ll head back to Hollywood, the Logie award-winning talent remains undecided.
“I would love to go back and give it a go, but I just don’t know. It’s about fitting life in, and life with Scout, and we’re a split family and we have to all think of each other when we make decisions,” Jess, who landed a role in LA working on Magic City in 2011, revealed.
The star also addressed the double standards held against men and women.
“I think we’re held to a higher standard because we’re meant to be mothers, and I think the Madonna-w—- complex still exists quite a lot. We’re expected to be perfect, and the second we’re not everyone can’t wait to… you know?”
“I just think with boys they get away with being lads and cowboys and it’s an age-old myth that’s existed for a very long time. And I don’t really know how we fight it or change it.”

Jess and James, who fell in love on the set of Packed to the Rafters, called off their troubled romance in 2015.
While they may no longer be together, their main focus is their daughter Scout.
“Once you realise it’s about Scout, everything’s easy,” James, who is dating his Home and Away co-star Isabella Giovinazzo, explained to Sunday Style.
“Jess and I have nothing to hide. I think dignity is the key. We are both out for each other’s best interests.”
Jess, pictured with her The Wrong Girl co-star Rob Collins, isn’t sure if she’ll return to Hollywood.
