Baby-faced dancer Bryan Tanaka has secretly moved into the Hollywood estate James Packer is still paying $330,000 a month to rent for ex- fiancee Mariah Carey – just as she claimed their split was caused by his “insulting” pre-nup.
“James was 100 per cent correct to feel threatened by Bryan,” reveals a source in the Mariah camp.
“They were together before Packer was on the scene, and they are very much together now. He’s living with her. He’s moved in with his two dogs.”
Mariah’s friendship with Bryan, 33, drove James, 49, crazy during their tumultuous relationship and created a lot of tension.

James and Mariah split last month.
James even reportedly used his connections to have Bryan barred from the grounds of Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, where Mariah performs.
“He’s been a boy toy for Mariah for years,” reveals the source.
