The Australian billionaire appeared to be in a rush while leaving his hotel in New York City. In fact, James was in such a rush that he took to the streets to finish getting dressed.
James, who has had weight issues in the past, looked trim and healthy.
As the Aussie tycoon left the hotel, he showed his body to the Manhatthan pedestrians. He was followed out by an unknown woman who couldn’t contain herself, giggling at how relaxed James seemed.
It’s been a hard couple of days for James, who lost long-time friend and cricket legend, Richie Benaud, who passed away on April 10th.
It was James Packer’s father, Kerry, who recruited Richie to Channel Nine when he owned the TV station and started the breakaway World Series Cricket in the 1970s.
James released a heartfelt statement about the loss of Richie, describing his as “prodigiously modest and generous as he was talented”.
