She’s busily planning her third wedding but Mariah Carey may not make it down the aisle at all – because she’s still legally married to her second husband.
Mariah split from Nick Cannon – with whom she has two children – in August 2014 and he filed for divorce four months later, but TMZ reports he never signed the official papers meaning they are still married.
The site says Nick “still loves Mariah and doesn’t want to officially let her go”.
Nick and Mariah married in 2008 on her private estate on Windermere Island in the Bahamas. They have four-year-old twins Moroccan and Monroe.

James proposed to Mariah in January after a whirlwind romance, presenting her with a 35 carat $7.5 million diamond ring big enough to break a more novice jewellery wearer’s wrist.
Assuming Mariah’s divorce is finalised, James and Mariah are reportedly planning to tie the knot later this year in an “intimate” ceremony attended by close friends and family.
