Hollywood’s chameleon, Jake Gyllenhaal has once again transformed himself for his new film Southpaw.
The 34-year-old actor portrays boxer Billy Hope and he’s had a complete body transformation.
To get him into shape, his trainer, former professional boxer Terry Claybon, revealed the staggering amount work to get Jake to look like boxer, including six months of training before filming even started.
He also worked out for an incredible six hours per day, including 2,000 sit ups, 1,000 each morning and the same at night.
Jake recently dropped over 13kg for his role in Nightcrawler, where he played freelance crime reporter Lou, who stumbles upon the dangerous underworld of Los Angeles.
