On Friday, the 26-year-old was hospitalised after suffering severe injuries from what she described as a “staircase accident.”
The model, who announced her pregnancy shortly after tying the knot with 72-year-old Geoffrey Edelsten, has kept fans updated with her recovery but on Wednesday morning things appeared to have taken a turn for the worst.
“This is something I found out several days ago and have told my parents yesterday [sic],” she penned on her Instagram page.
“I’ve been getting comments on why I’m getting X rays and doing certain things and after such a bad and hard fall they couldn’t believe I was alive.”
“I think you all know what I’m about to say so I’m not going to say it. Pray for what’s been lost.”
However the Miami local must have had a change of heart as the note was deleted shortly after.
She followed up the post with a poignant photo of a baby with angel wings alongside the telling caption: “I’ve created an angel.”
Gabi is yet to officially confirm the news but did reach out to her some 27, 000 followers thanking them for the support.
“Thankyou everyone,” she wrote.
