Amal Clooney is used to making a room stop and turn because of her intelligence, grace and beauty.

But when the 38-year-old British activist stepped out in London on January 9 with her husband George Clooney for the Netflix special screening of The White Helmets, onlookers couldn’t help but notice a change in her appearance.

Recycling an old favourite, she rocked a stunning floral-embroidered cap-sleeve Dolce & Gabbana dress, with onlookers noting she was sporting a small bump.

Mrs Clooney was glowing, teaming the flowing frock with textured tights and a pair of black boots – creating the perfect date night look.

Meanwhile, hubby George looked very happy and relaxed, with attendees noting Amal was only drinking water.

Standing by his wife, the 55-year-old was channeling his signature silver fox look, donning a black suit and sporting a grey beard.

Amal’s loose-fitting dress looked to skim over a bump.

The couple were at a special Netflix screening of The White Helmets. Here, they pose with the documentary creators Orlando von Einsiedel and Joanna Natasegara.

The couple, who tied the knot back in 2014, were at the exclusive Bulgari Hotel for a special Netflix screening of The White Helmets, a documentary about first responders to daily airstrikes in Syria.

The date night comes after reports emerged claiming that the 38-year-old was pregnant and expecting twins.

Lebanon’s Daily Star alleged that the human rights activist is due as soon as March, with the publication claiming their source is close to Amal’s family.

This is not the first time the couple have sparked pregnancy chatter.

Last September, speculation arose after Amal pulled out of Women World Changers speaking tour in Australia.

Just a month later, reports emerged claiming that she had begun IVF treatment.

“Amal will be starting in vitro fertilisation next month. Given their ages – Amal’s 38 and George is 55 – the doctor said they need to start right away,” an insider told In Touch in October.

The couple were in high spirits, following new reports out of Amal’s native Lebanon claiming she’s expecting.

The pair tied the knot in a stunning ceremony in Venice back in 2014.

With all her accomplishments and her compassion for others, Amal would undoubtedly be an excellent mother.

As a feminist, she constantly is a champion for women’s rights, once remarking, “As women, there is a bond that we all share. It’s a bond of shared experience. Experiences that only women go through and struggles that only women face.”

Adding, “The worst thing that we can do as women is not stand up for each other. And this is something that we can practice everyday no matter where we are or what we do. Because if we are united, there is no limit to what we can do.”

Citing her mum, journalist Baria Alamuddin, as one of her key inspirations, the passionate humanitarian spoke of their close bond during her keynote address at the 2016 Texas Conference for Women.

“Growing up, my mother was definitely a role model,” she gushed.

“She was always a working woman and someone who is independent and cared about her career and cared about being independent but also had balance.”

As for George, he has gone on the record saying that a baby was not exactly a priority for him.

“I don’t really [think about it],” he mused when asked if he considered having children. “I mean, I’ve thought about it, I suppose, but it hasn’t been high on my list.”

For the Hollywood star, his focus is his wife.

“She’s an amazing human being,” he told Entertainment Tonight.

“And she’s caring. And she also happens to be one of the smartest people I’ve ever met. And she’s got a great sense of humor.”

A friend told Us Weekly back in 2015 “[George] loves the relationships his friends have with their kids and thinks that Amal will be a great mother.”
