The four bedroom house, which was built in the 1930s, sold to Reese and her husband Jim Toth for $1.95 million.

“It’s one of those historic houses,” listing agent Hal Rosson, of Freeman Webb Company Realtors, told E! News. “Creek runs down to the front of it with white ducks; it’s just a wonderful setting.”

While the 3,855 square foot home is situated on six and a half acres, it isn’t all charm just yet.

The property is certainly in need of some renovating and styling, but it appears Reese is up for the challenge.

She was recently spotted leaving a newsagency with a hug pile of home and garden magazines.

Despite the property, which also features a guest house and a swimming pool, needing some fixing up, the location can’t be beat.

The home is situated on one of the best streets in the area, so it is no surprise that the couple decided to reside in the area.
