It’s the age-old question: what do you get the girl who has everything?
The answer, if you’re Kanye West, is: a little bit of normalcy!
Kim Kardashian, who celebrated her 35th birthday yesterday, has revealed what hubby Kanye got her for her present: a surprise birthday party!
But it wasn’t just any old surprise party. Kim took to Instagram to reveal that the rapper and producer hired out a movie theatre to give her a private screening of the new Steve Jobs film and then called on all of her friends and family to come celebrate – in fake baby bumps!
In an effort to make Kim (who is nearing the end of her pregnancy) feel more comfortable, Kanye made the theme of the party “Come as your best Pregnant Kim” and handed out fake baby bumps at the door, so Kim could enjoy a comfy, “chill” birthday meal.
“My husband never ceases to amaze me!” says the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star.
“He rented out the entire movie theater to screen the new Steve Jobs (It’s sooooo good BTW) and had all of my family & close friends come dressed up as their best pregnant Kim look (fake baby bumps provided on arrival!),” Kim documented on her social media.
“Not sure if that was to make me feel less huge or just a fun cool theme but I loved it & had the best time ever,” she says. “Feeling so very comfortable eating churros with a bunch of pregnant women! Just what I needed, the perfect chill yummy food birthday!!!!”
Little sister Kylie posted a Snapchat on the day showing the crowd singing happy birthday to a surprised Kim as she walked into her party.

But Kanye wasn’t the only one from the West-Kardashian-Jenner clan to show Kim some love!
Rob Kardashian took to his Instagram to post a series of throwbacks in honour of his sister, captioned, “Happy birthday Kimburrrrr, thanks for always feeding me cheese fries all day baby”.
Khloe Kardashian broke her social media silence following her husband, Lamar Odom’s shocking health scare, to post a picture of Kim and herself, captioned, “Happy birthday Keeks!! I pray you know how loved and dope you are!!! You continuously amaze me by how you do it all. Thank you for always being there for everyone! Today is about you!!! Enjoy it Mrs West!!! I love you, My bestie, my sister, my rider!”
Kim’s eldest sister, Kourtney, posted a high school picture of Kim and herself together, and wrote, “She has been my partner for life. We always seem to end up on the craziest adventures together. I love and admire the person you have become and learn from you every day. Happy Birthday!”
And lastly, but not least, mother Kris posted a sweet shot of Kim as a little girl, dressed as Mini Mouse, and wrote, “Happy Birthday my beautiful angel girl!!!!! You are the most amazing daughter, wife, sister, Mother, ROOM MATE, and best friend. God has blessed me with you and it has been the most wonderful 35 years. I love you beyond words……Mommy ❤❤”
