Iman’s stunning tribute to David Bowie on the anniversary of his death

Yesterday marked one year since musical icon David Bowie died after an 18-month battle with liver cancer, aged 69.

His wife, Iman, paid tribute to her legendary late husband on Instagram.

And it’s a stunning tribute for Ziggy Stardust.

Iman was married to Bowie for 24 years. She must’ve thought the beautiful double rainbow over New York City was a fitting tribute for the star. We agree!

“Jan 10th, 2016 NYC Skyline #ForeverAndEver #ForeverLove #BowieForever,” she wrote alongside the image by Italian artist Daniela Sbrana.

On Jan. 8, which would’ve been Bowie’s 70th birthday, she referred to him as her “ForeverLove” with a sketch of him as a boy with his signature Ziggy Stardust makeup.
