Since Australian actor Hugh Jackman starred in Wolverine, he has been subject to questioning and rumours about if he took steroids to help get in shape for the role.
There is no doubt that Jackman is ripped in the movie, but the actor recently addressed the rumours and said โI just did it the old-school wayโ.

Did he take steroids?
(Image: Instagram)Jackman, 54, addressed the rumours as he was talking to Chris Wallace for the HBO show Whoโs Talking.
Wallace asked, โOver the years, people have wondered, did he juice? Did he take steroids?โ.
Jackman laughed at the comment and said, โNo, I love my job and I love Wolverineโ.
โIโve got to be careful what I say here, but I had been told anecdotally what the side effects are of (steroids) and I was like, โI donโt love it that much.โ

โI just did it the old-school way.โ

Jackman then went on to apologise to vegans and vegetarians as he admitted that he had โeaten a lot of chickensโ.
โI tell you, Iโve eaten more chickens โ Iโm so sorry to all the vegans and vegetarians and to the chickens of the world,โ he said.

Hugh is prioritising family now.

After Hugh finishes his current role in The Music Man on Broadway, he will have six months to get back into Wolverine shape for his next job.
โSo, we have six months from when I finish (The Music Man) to when I start filming,โ the actor said.
โAnd Iโm not doing any other work. Iโm going to be with my family and train.
โThatโs going to be my job for six months.
โAnd Iโm really fit right now.
โThereโs one thing about eight shows a week being on Broadway, singing and dancing, is Iโm fit.
โSo, Iโm healthy. I have a good place to start.โ
