Is there anything Hugh Jackman can’t do? No, no there isn’t.
On Monday, the doting dad-of-two gathered Sydney’s media to reveal his epic large five city arena tour of Australia titled, Broadway to OZ: Hugh Jackman Live in Concert.
The Xmen star was supported by his wife Deborra-Lee Furness and daughter Ava as he told reporters his very exciting news.
“Anybody who knows me knows that keeping secrets is not my forte … today is the announcement of a true bucket list moment for me,” he explained.
The Emmy, Tony and Golden Globe winner greeted the crowd with an breathtaking rendition of I Still Call Australia Home with the Australian girls’ choir before his announcement.
The Arena spectacular promises a “high-octane” show like we’ve never seen before, with the 46-year-old set to take us on a journey through his life – including a reprise of his days as Wolverine.
A company of 150 musicians, dancers and singers will be there to back up the dad-of-two as he brings the magic of Broadway to Aussie shores!
The tour kicks off in Melbourne on November 24th, before it heads to Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth.
