Actress Jessica Falkholt tragically died in January following a horrific Boxing Day car accident.
It was an unimaginably devastating crash, and it instantly killed Jessica’s parents Lars, 69, and Vivian, 60.
Jess’s younger sister Annabelle, 21, died in hospital days later on the 29th of December, while Jessica was taken off life support on the 17th of January.
The family were all driving home from a summer holiday on the South Coast when another driver struck their vehicle, the driver from the other car also passed away after the accident.
The 29-year-old actress was known for playing Hope Morrison on Home and Away in 2016, and had just wrapped up filming multiple roles including one on acclaimed ABC drama series Mystery Road, one on Nine Network’s Bite Club and a potentially career-changing role in Harmony an upcoming feature film.

Staring as Harmony in the new saga of films aimed at young adult’s has become Jessica’s final work as an actress.
The film, in which Jess plays the starring role, is the first chapter in The Five Frequencies Saga, a supernatural story about the universal balance between the emotions of fear and love.
The series of films is being released by in Australia by Cowlick Entertainment and Bonsai Films.
Jessica was selected for the role of Harmony because of her “relatability, look, sensitivity and acting talent” explains the CEO Cowlick Entertainment, Peter Drinkwater.
The 29-year-old’s extended family are all supportive of the film and see it as her “enduring legacy,” according to a statement from TM Publicity.
The TM Team also reveal the film will include a written dedication at the end.
The Falkholt’s extended family are working with all those involved in the film to set up a Falkholt Foundation.
Harmony will be released in cinemas Australia wide on October 4th
