Helen Mirren has teamed up with Budweiser to deliver a very frank message to people who drink drive: “Stop it!”
According to Mirren if you choose to get behind the wheel drunk you’re “a Darwin award deserving selfish coward ,” and while they are her harsh words and not ours, we tend to agree.
“The collective we are dumbfounded that people still drive drunk,” Mirren, 70, says, before launching into a sundry of insults.
“If your brain was donated to science,” she tells drunk drivers everywhere, “science would return it.”
The ad, which was created in the lead up to the US Superbowl, is calling on drivers to #GiveADamn and protect their lives and the lives of others.
