Hamish Blake and Zoe Foster Blake have confirmed they are expecting their first child together.
“We just cleared all the final tests yesterday to ascertain that’s it’s definitely a genius and future Olympian, so now we are thrilled to be able to share our news. We’re wrapped.” Hamish said in a press release. “I would also like to deny that it is taking over the Kyle and Jackie O show slot. It will hardly do any radio in its first year, at the most just a weekend show.” The pair initially shared the news via their instagram and facebook pages.
“Having baby with Zoe! First ultrasound pic. Looks like me! Same undies!” Hamish said on facebook, alongside a picture of himself in the foetal position in his underpants. He hastagged the picture with #prouddad.
Zoe posted the same picture to her instagram page saying: “I’m with child! Here’s the first ultrasound. Husband thinks it looks like him but I think he’s bias.”
The pair, who have been together since 2010, wed in December last year at an intimate ceremony with just 22 of their closest friends and family members.
