The 89th Academy Awards were, let’s say… emotionally turbulent.
La La Land won Best Picture and then didn’t, Casey Affleck – a man twice accused of sexual assault – took home the award for Best Actor and the world discovered that despite ample opportunity, Nicole Kidman doesn’t know how to clap.
And it seems Halle Berry, who attended the Oscars on Sunday night, 15 years since she took out the golden statue for Best Actress — and became the first black woman to do so, was certainly feeling the pinch of the night’s events.
After making it home from the no doubt exhausting bash, the 50-year-old actress decided to swap her custom gown for something a little more comfortable – her birthday suit!
The Extant actress posted a slow-motion video of the moment to her Instagram page. Fittingly, Halle, who stunned in Atelier Versace at the event, set the video to the tune of Bruno Mars’ “Versace on the Floor.”

Sharing the steamy video with her 1.1 million followers, she captioned the post: “After a long award show a girl can’t wait to take it off!”
Halle basically owned this year’s Oscars arrivals with hair that had serious volume – so serious, that we thought she might take out the award for Best Performance of an Inanimate Object.
Halle embraced her natural hair on the red carpet and we mean, WOW.
It’s an au natural look she’s been rocking lately in her everyday life but one we certainly did not expect her to pull out for Hollywood’s night of nights.
