Her words, not ours.

From dropping truth bombs about “consciously uncoupling” to letting everyone who will listen know that vaginal steaming is a thing, we think it’s fair to say that Gwyneth Paltrow isn’t afraid to say what she thinks.

And that goes for calling herself out for stuffing up her own relationships…

Opening up on what her definition of “successful” is on Girlboss radio earlier this week, the almost-45-year-old said she’s not exactly great at maintaining romantic relationships.

“Success to me is really relationships that function really well,” she said, adding: “Where there is a beautiful feedback loop between people. I mean, I think without relationships of quality, you are not a successful person.”

“I’m actually a pretty good friend and a good sister and a daughter and a mother, but I am at my potentially most vulnerable and f—ked up in the romantic slice of the pie.

“So it’s taken me a lot of work to get to the place where I have a good romantic relationship.”

The interview took a hilariously juicy turn when mum-of-two Gywnnie even hollered out to her ex-fiance Brad Pitt, joking of their three years together: “I f—ked that up, Brad.”

This comes three years after the goop founder and her rocker husband, Coldplay’s Chris Martin, decided to “consciously uncouple” – AKA file for divorce. The couple had been together for 12 years when they decided to go their separate ways, and the two continue to co-parent their children, Apple, 12, and Moses, 10, to this day.

Now Gwynnie is all loved up with Glee co-creater Brad Falchuk – and we’re sure Gwynnie is calling on every spec of goop-selling sex dust to ensure she doesn’t, as she would put it, “f—k up” this relationship too…
