Cricketer Glenn McGrath was spotted strolling the streets of Cronulla with his wife Sara Leonardi-McGrath as she appeared to be showing off what looked like a blossoming baby bump.
Donning a flowy summer dress with a peplum that hid her tummy, Sara, 32, looked glowing with good health as she walked hand in hand with a fit and relaxed Glenn, 45.
While Sara is already stepmum to Glenn’s two children, James, 14, and Holly, 12, the US-born Italian beauty, who wed Glenn at a secret ceremony in Italy in 2012, has never denied the fact that she’d like to have children of her own one day.
“It’s not something I base my sole existence on, but if they did come and that’s what we decided to do, that would be amazing,” she told Aussie website Show And Tell last year.
“There’s no hand-me-down manual for parenting. I love the educating and nurturing part, but the nagging does wear me out,” she laughed.
It’s clear though that Sara has a loving relationship with her stepchildren, who lost their mother Jane to breast cancer in 2008: “The kids welcomed me with open arms. I never forced myself onto them.
“I have an amazing partner… I’m very happy and I cherish the life and unity that Glenn and I and the kids have.”
Sounds like there’s plenty of love to go around when they add to their family!
