George and Amal have quashed rumours that their marriage may be on the rocks as they looked more love up than ever when enjoying a romantic date night for their first Valentine’s as newlyweds.
Mr and Mrs Clooney spent Valentine’s Day at Asanebo, one of their favourite L.A. Japanese restaurants.
The newlyweds are still very much on the train of love… that is sushi train of love!
The couple looked happy and affectionate as they were spotted leaving the sushi restaurant, smiling and holding hands.
Amal continued to look glamorous in even in her casual attire. The human rights barrister donned a tan, fringed cape, boots with an oversized blue clutch.
Her husband was a little more low-key in jeans and a short-sleeved grey button.
George and Amal looked every bit in love as George had his arm around his wife’s waist.
The couple married in lavish fashion back in September in Venice at the historic Italian landmark, the Aman Canal Grande Venice. And the honeymoon phase is far from over!
The first few months of marriage has been filled with celebrations. They’ve toasted to Amal’s 37th birthday and made their first red carpet appearance at the 2015 Golden Globes.
The couple quashed any questions about their love. It seemed very clear that George meant every word of what he said at the Golden Globes.
“It’s a humbling thing when you find someone to love, even better if you’ve been waiting your whole life. And when your whole life is 53 years —Tina [Fey] and Amy [Poehler] start the jokes — Amal, whatever alchemy that brought us together, I couldn’t be more proud to be your husband,” George said in his acceptance speech for the Cecil B. DeMille Award.
