Fifi Box and Grant Kenny and their secretive relationship continues to intrigue after Fifi was spotted wearing what appears to be a wedding ring.
Radio star Fifi Box has never looked happier! And with a sparkling diamond ring on her finger, friends and fans are now speculating the gorgeous single mum may soon walk down the aisle!
Fifi, 37, has a secret pact with Grant, 51, to never discuss their relationship in public or even with close friends, but Woman’s Day has learned the handsome surfer and helicopter pilot and Fifi are more in love than ever.
“He’s tried so hard to keep this under wraps,” reveals one surf club mate, who says Grant’s friends think it’s fantastic he’s found love again.
“We can all see that he’s happy, and that hasn’t been the case for a long time.”
Their love affair has intrigued Australia since it was revealed that Grant was the father of Fifi’s adorable 22-month-old daughter Trixie Belle – and it’s something Grant and Fifi still refuse to discuss or confirm.
“Trixie is a dead ringer for Grant and he just adores her,” confirms another mate.
“He spends as much time as he can with her and Fifi in Melbourne, and we’re all pretty sure he met up with Fifi in the US in January.”
Grant is understood to have met up with Fifi and Trixie in January when they took an extended holiday in America, visiting Los Angeles and New York, before Grant returned home to help celebrate his daughter Morgan’s engagement.
“I don’t think Grant ever expected it to last but he’s really enjoying spending time with Fifi.”
Grant was spotted at the Melbourne Cup Carnival after a secret rendezvous with Fifi in November, before being seen at her plush Melbourne home in December, where he and Fifi celebrated Christmas early with little Trixie.
While the couple have gone to lengths to keep their relationship secret, Grant’s surf club mates say they have never seen him happier, adding that the unusual nature of their relationship suits him perfectly.
“What they have works – being separated by several states happens to suit both of them,” his surf club mate reveals. “He’s smiling a lot more these days and I think a lot of that is down to Fifi and Trixie.
