John Travolta and Kelly Preston introduce us to their gorgeous newborn.
As John Travolta and Kelly Preston pose with daughter Ella Bleu and new son Benjamin, it’s clear they are elated to welcome their little bundle of joy, and the love and happiness is palpable. Even Benjamin is smiling as his proud father softly sings “I like to Singa” and “Look at that Face” to him throughout the shoot.
In fact, John sang to him throughout Kelly’s pregnancy too (“mostly Sinatra, Streisand or Bennett!”). Woman’s Day sat down in between songs to share in their joy.
Congratulations, all of you! You’ve called Benjamin a “miracle”. What does this little miracle mean to you and your family?
John: For us, it’s been uplifting. He’s given the house a renewed spirit and purpose. He’s brought us a new beginning and his presence has brought joy to all the people who have wanted the best for us.
Let’s talk about Benjamin’s birth…
Kelly: I had a C-section at Munroe Regional Medical Center in Ocala [Florida] and our doctor, Dr Marquette, all of our nurses and everyone attending were amazing.
We had a silent birth, with no spoken words as much as possible, that was performed in a calm and caring environment. L. Ron Hubbard discovered the single source of stress, worry, self-doubt and psychosomatic illness, which is the reactive mind. This part of the mind records all words and perceptions in times of pain and unconsciousness and these can have adverse effects on people later in life.
