A huge congratulations are in order for radio personality Em Rusciano, who has just welcomed her new baby boy to the world.
In a gorgeous Instagram post on Friday, January 25th, the former 2Day FM radio host shared a picture of herself and her son along with the caption: “He’s here!! Elio Arthur Rusciano-Barrow 3.5kg, totally gorgeous and practically perfect in every way. Our hearts are bursting, he’s just magic.”
Fans have swarmed on the post to wish Em congrats, with many commenting on his unique name.
“Perfect name for a perfect little bubba!! Congrats to you all!” Wrote one fan.
“He is just beautiful! Beautiful name too xx,” wrote another.

Em and husband Scott Barrow have two daughters – Marchella, 16, and Odette, 11.
It hasn’t been the easiest journey for the 39-year-old, who suffered a heartbreaking miscarriage in 2017.
After announcing the tragic news on Facebook, Em took some time out from radio to recover.
But just over a year later, Em was thrilled to share the news that she had fallen pregnant again.
“I’m totally pregnant and so happy my heart may burst in my chest at any moment,” she wrote at the time.
Em was an open book during her pregnancy with Elio, sharing some funny (and all-too-familiar) anecdotes about the journey.
In a revealing blog post, Em wrote: “I’m both terrified and in awe of the ways in which my body has changed and adapted over the past thirty seven weeks.”
Her blog titled Confessions of a Preggo discussed her feelings of repulse at the changes to her body during pregnancy.
“It’s hard not to when your previously B cup breasts now nestle themselves snuggly inside a D cup, and when set free, rest atop your growing stomach like two giant, mono-nippled Jabba The Huts,” she candidly wrote.
But that aside, Em was clearly over the moon to be bringing a brand new baby into the world.
In September 2018, it was announced that Em would be leaving her slot at 2Day FM, with the brunette saying at the time: “Before anyone gets into a flap, let me make it crystal clear that this is entirely my decision and not one I made lightly. I appreciate how lucky I am to be in a position to leave on my own terms.”
She confessed that when she found out she was expecting her third child, she knew that her radio gig would have to come to an end.
“I had intended to work through until December, but as my pregnancy is progressing I’m finding it increasingly harder to fulfil the requirements of my job,” she confessed.
And it looks like Em will be even busier from here on in as she welcomes her new son to the world, and we couldn’t be happier for her!
