Bachelors of Australia rejoice! Elle ‘The Body’ Macpherson is single again after splitting from her banker boyfriend.
Elle, 49, has reportedly ended her seven-month relationship with Roger Jenkins, 57, — who is rumoured to be worth more than $450 million — because he did not share her love of London.
The Aussie supermodel lives in the English capital with her two sons Arpad, 14, and Aurelius, nine, while Jenkins splits his time between California, the Middle East and Brazil.
“Roger was reluctant to spend more time in London, which led to the end of their relationship,” an insider told the UK’s Daily Mail.
“They’re still friends but the romance fizzled out pretty quickly.”
Elle has been unlucky in love. She married US Elle creative director Gilles Bensimon when she was just 21, but they divorced three years later in 1989.
In 1995, she got engaged to financier Arpad Busson, the father of her children, but they split in 2005.
Since then she has dated several bankers and businessmen, but none of the relationships has worked out.
