Duchess Catherine took baby Prince George on a special secret outing last week to visit the Princess Diana memorial playground in Hyde Park, London last week.
The playground lies in the outlying area of Kensington Gardens, Hyde Park – a short stroll from William and Catherine’s royal apartment in Kensington Palace. Doting mum Catherine, 32, reportedly took George to the ‘beach’ section of the playground.
“It was lovely seeing them play together in the sand,” an insider toldThe Express.”They stayed for about 15 minutes.”
“They had three protection officers with them but Kate seemed oblivious to anyone except her gorgeous baby enjoying himself.”
Prince George no doubt enjoyed his time at the water as a proud Duchess Catherine recently revealed that she has taken Prince George swimming at Buckingham Palace and that he loves nothing more than splashing around in the water.
With the one-year old Prince having recently shown off his walking legs at a polo match and again in his official royal birthday portrait, it seems he is quite the energetic young lad – perhaps Catherine has a future athlete on her hands?
