A new lawsuit alleges that Nick Gordon, “gave Bobbi Kristina a toxic cocktail rendering her unconscious and then put her face down in a tub of cold water causing her to suffer brain damage.”
These shocking allegations mean the 25-year-old, who is already facing charges of assault, battery, causing emotional distress and stealing his girlfriend’s money, will add “wrongful death” to his growing list of damaging accusations.
US program 11 Alive got their hands on the apparent lawsuit, which reveals shocking details about the night that led to the 22-year-old’s hospitalisation in January.
Filed by Bobbi’s conservator Bedelia Hargrove, the case alleges that there was another woman inside the Atlanta home on the night that ultimately led to Whitney Houston’s daughter’s death.
Max Lomas, a friend of the pair, claims to have been in the home at the time of the incident and revealed to authorites that Nick had been “out all-night on cocaine and drinking binge.”
When he arrived home the pair is said to have had a screaming fight which is alleged to have ended thanks to Nick feeding Bobbi Kristina pills and laying her face down in a bath tub.
Another jaw-dropping allegation revealed that there was another woman lying in the couple’s bed while the altercation played out.
Shockingly, the lawsuit suggests that Nick came out of the bathroom in new clothes laid his head by the mystery woman’s feet and told her, “Now I want a pretty little white girl like you.”
Max then explains that after 15 minutes of being in the bathtub Nick then shouted, “clean up, clean up,” at which point the guests tried to resuscitate her and noticed a loose tooth hanging from her gum.
The suit declares that Bobbi received “global and irreversible brain damage…as a result of [Gordon’s] actions.”
