Congratulations to David Beckham’s sister Joanne and her partner Kris Donnelly who have welcomed a beautiful baby girl into the world.
The happy couple confirmed their exciting news on Instagram, by posting black and white snaps of their little girl and of themselves leaving the hospital with their new addition. The new parents have picked an adorable and refreshingly normal name: Peggy Donnelly.
And it hasn’t taken long for David to get in on the action, posting his own photos of himself with baby Peggy on Instagram.
He wrote: “Welcome to the world little Peggy ❤️ So proud of my little sis and congrats @krissydonners #Daddy such a beautiful family #proudUncle @joannebeckham.”
David looked very proud of his sister, with a bit of a wibbly look in his eyes.
That broody look in Becks’ eyes makes us wonder whether there could be another baby on the cards for him and Victoria…
A day before, Joanne shared three adorable photos and wrote alongside them: “9.12.17 💗 THE DAY OUR LIFE CHANGED FOREVER… such an amazing feeling starting our own family, the love I have for our little princess Peggy is one that is so unconditional!
“I’d never of been able to do it without the love of my life … @krissydonners you was my strength ! Thank you… ❤️#myfamily”
Aww.
Kris shared the same photos but captioned them: “THATS MY GIRL 💕 Peggy came into our world on Saturday night… mummy did so amazing! The love I feel for the both of you is unexplainable 🖤”
Lots of Joanne’s followers rushed to congratulate the happy couple and compliment them on their name choice, with one person writing: “Congratulations well done Jo little Peggy a playmate for Harper & Co enjoy every minute as it goes so quick xx”
Someone else said: “Congratulations Jo and Kris. Beautiful name for a beautiful baby girl 💕
