It appears even the legendary David Beckham is not immune to “minion fever” – or, at least, little Harper isn’t.
The English footballer, who is no stranger to tattoos (he has over 30 of them), just debuted his new one – a little “minion” from the movies, Despicable Me, and Minions.
But don’t worry too much, the tattoo looks to be a temporary stick-on one. We think.
Wife, Victoria Beckham, posted the sweet snap on her Instagram this morning, titled “Harper has just added to Daddie’s tattoo collection x happy Tuesday in the sunshine! X vb”.
And if anyone can convince David Beckham to get a tattoo of a “minion”, it’s Harper.
By his own admission, the cute tot has her soccer star dad under her charms with David recently revealing on Jimmy Kimmel Live that his youngest likes to call him “chubby”.
In an appearance on the talk show earlier this year Jimmy quipped that David, 40 wasn’t looking great to which the former English captain mused: “Funny you should say that.”
“My little girl turned around to me the other day – I had just bathed her and I was towelling her down, and she said, ‘Daddy I love you so much. But I don’t like you, you’re so chubby.’ I mean, I didn’t think I was.”
Perhaps Harper hasn’t quite grasped the meaning of the word considering her dad nearly broke the internet recently with a mock underwear ad that featured his ripped frame alongside comedian James Corden.
Since retiring from the football David has spent much of his time being a full-time dad to his kids.
Victoria recently told Allure magazine that despite their celebrity she and David were “very equal at home”.
“David is the most wonderful man I have ever met. He’s a fantastic father,” said Victoria.
“He’s incredibly talented, a wonderful husband, I supported him for many years and he’s proud of me. He supports me.”
David has always been very loving with all four of his kids but these adorable shots of him with daughter Harper might have you convinced he has a favourite.
