While Russell Crowe’s world movie premiere for The Water Diviner was the talk of the town, his estranged wife Danielle Spencer stole the show in a figure-hugging white lace dress.
The couple, who were together for 25 years, have always supported one another and this was no exception.
While the red carpet was full of national and international talent, it was Danielle who had the best red carpet look of the night.
Wearing a white lace dress by Pallas Couture, Danielle completed her look with nude pumps and tussled curls. Meanwhile, Russell looked dapper in a black tuxedo.
The couple’s children Charlie, 10, and seven-year-old Tennyson were also at the world premiere to support their father.
Making his directorial debut, Russell’s World War I film tells the story of a father’s desperate search to find his sons after they go missing in battle.
The Oscar winner told the Daily Mail that being a father helped him make directorial decisions on the film.
“People have been asking, what part of being a parent have you brought into this film, well once you’re a parent, that dominates everything you do in your life,” he said.
“Once you’re a dad or you’re a mum, and as every mum and dad knows, life changes around that.”
