While proud papa John Legend shares another sweet snap of his four-week-old daughter Luna being burped by her mama, Chrissy just cannot stop gushing about her sweet new arrival.
In a series of interviews this week, the model mum opened about her new life as a mother, and all the ways her life has changed since welcoming the precious cherub.
Speaking to People, the Cravings cookbook author revealed that, despite her husband’s 10-time Grammy award winning voice, the All Of Me singer hasn’t quite nailed the bedtime cradle-songs yet…
“I gotta say though, if you could listen in, some of them are pretty questionable,” she said with a laugh. “He doesn’t really know how to sing to babies.”
But as it happens, the 37-year-old is making up for his lousy lullabies in other ways.
“John does so much because actually, he feels so helpless in other ways. Obviously, he can’t nurse or do anything in that realm,” she explains before making our hearts explode with this next bit:
“He dances with her and he’s a good, calming source. He loves the diaper change though because we had never changed diapers before so now it’s new and fun for us.”

Earlier this week, the new father took to social media to stand up for his wife when she received online criticism after the couple out to dinner in Hollywood in April, just two weeks after their daughter’s birth.
Many online haters called the new mum out as irresponsible for leaving the baby at home that early, but as her adoring husband pointed out, both the stars were new parents and he had not received any criticism at all.
Watch candid Chrissy open up about the mummy-shamers in the clip below. Post continues…
He called on the haters to shame both of them, if they were going to shame anyone at all.
“Funny there’s no dad-shaming,” the 37-year-old singer tweeted. “When both of us go out to dinner, shame both of us so Chrissy doesn’t have to take it all. We’ll split it.”
Opening up about the backlash, Chrissy said in a new interview with Good Morning America, “We needed a break; we needed to go enjoy each other’s company. We were gone for an hour,” she began before adding: “I knew mommy-shaming was a thing but I didn’t think it would come from going to dinner.”
The Thai-born beauty has also been met with criticism in recent weeks for another, very bizarre reason.
Not for her parenting, but for her post baby body or rather how quickly she has managed to “bounce back.”
“I think some people actually get really weirded out if you do bounce back too quickly because you really should be at home with this little thing and taking care of her and not so concerned,” the pretty bronde said to People.
“But you’ll never have the right answer and you’ll never be right to everybody, so you just live and do what you can do best,” she adds.
“I worked out more pregnant than I ever did not pregnant!” she admitted before adding, “So for me, to be able to come back after wasn’t a concern.”
