Chris Hemsworth and Matt Damon forced to call paramedics in Byron Bay for Damon’s 6-year-old

Yikes, Australia, that’s NOT the welcome we were after for the A-lister!

Matt Damon and his family are currently holidaying in Byron Bay with fellow Hollywood hero Chris Hemsworth, his wife, Elsa Pataky, and their cute brood.

But instead of giving the Damons a ripper of a holiday, the good old ‘Strayan wildlife had other ideas…

Matt Damon’s daughter Stella, 6, had a bit of a run-in with an Aussie stinger.

She was stung in the water at The Pass Beach. The Hollywood hearththrobs were forced to call paramedics to tend to poor little Stella.

The Courier Mail reports Stella’s screams could be heard before she rushed into shore.

She was treated by paramedics on the scene and comforted by her parents, Luciana Barroso and Matt Damon.

Luciana and Matt have been married since 2005.

Bless her!

The Damons have been staying with the Hemsworths in Byron since last Saturday.

The beach trip was also attended by their kids Isabella, Alexia, Stella and Gia and the Hemsworth kids India, Tristan and Sasha.

We hope the rest of their trip goes hitch-free and they enjoy the best of Australia.
